| 0.5 | part fresh lemon juice |
| 1 | part fresh grapefruit juice |
| 0.5 | part honey syrup (1 part honey, 1 part water) |
| 1 | part mineral water |
Instructions
| 01 | combine TX Whiskey, honey syrup, grapefruit juice, and lemon juice in a shaker with ice |
| 02 | shake and strain into a tumbler with ice |
| 03 | top with mineral water and garnish with a lemon wedge |
