Our barrel staves weathered for 12 months under the rugged Texas elements, absorbing a unique terroir before being crafted into barrels using our proprietary charring method. Each sip reveals a NOSE of spiced pear and sweet oak; a TASTE where toasted vanilla and tobacco notes dance with black cherry; and a FINISH of smooth sweet smoke and baked apple that lingers like a Texas sunset. General Admission entry starts at 1pm (NO earlier due to VIP entry). General admission tickets include entry to the event and a drink ticket to redeem at the TX Tavern Bar. General samples of the experimental release will be available for a portion of the event.
