Movie Night at TX Whiskey Ranch Featuring The Goonies
“Goonies Never Say Die!” The Goonies is a 1985 adventure and comedy film about a group of kids who call themselves “The Goonies” who discover a treasure map and set out on a quest to save their homes from foreclosure. The Goonies live in the fictional “Goon Docks” neighborhood of Astoria, Oregon, where greedy land developers are trying to turn their homes into a golf course. While cleaning out, the kids find a map and clues to the long-lost treasure of the legendary 17th-century pirate One-Eyed Willy. The map leads them on an underground adventure to find the treasure, which includes a pirate ship and booby traps. However, the Goonies are also being pursued by the criminal Fratelli family, who want the treasure for themselves.
