TX Whiskey Presents: Cowtown Comfort Cookbook Book Launch Party with Author, Celestina Blok

Join us for the official book launch party for Cowtown Comfort: Fort Worth Recipes, Places, and Food Traditions with local author, food news writer, and Fort Worth native Celestina Blok. Across 60 Fort Worth–based recipes, readers will find home versions of some of Fort Worth’s most beloved dishes and drinks—including a signature cocktail from TX Whiskey! Hear from the author during this interactive book talk, as well as TX Whiskey’s Master Mixologist Jason Shelly, who’ll demonstrate how to shake up The Bootstitch TX Whiskey cocktail featured in the book. (Enjoy Bootstitch samples, too!) There’ll also craft barbecue available for sell from the Heim BBQ food truck (whose bacon burnt end recipe is featured in the book), live music, and books for sale that can be signed and personalized.

Tickets will include (1) drink ticket to redeem at the TX Tavern Bar. This event will be inside the Oak Room from 6pm-9pm but guests are also welcome to purchase additional cocktails from the TX Tavern Bar, listen to live music on the Back Porch, shop in the TX Ranch Store and enjoy the property!
