Join us on September 21st for our 10th Experimental Release, Light Whiskey! This unique experimental whiskey release is light in body but not light in Texas spirit – the perfect bookend to a mild Texas summer. This 99% corn mash is distilled at a higher proof and aged in used barrels to leave behind the heavy roasted grain characters and allowing the soft light tropical fruit and sweet butterscotch to shine through. A perfect whiskey to enjoy outside on the rocks or in a poolside cocktail!
VIP guests will receive early entry at 12pm with the first opportunity to purchase this limited bottle, a welcome cocktail, an exclusive gift, meet the maker with a tasting & bottle signing, and a VIP tour!
